Finance Director (CPA):
South Adams County Fire Department is seeking an accomplished Finance Director (CPA) to serve as the District’s chief financial strategist and trusted executive advisor. This high-impact leadership role oversees all aspects of financial operations, budgeting, accounting, audits, investments, long-range planning, and debt management, ensuring transparency, integrity, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Finance Director partners closely with the Fire Chief and Board of Directors, leads a high-performing finance team, and strengthens systems and controls that support exceptional fire and emergency response services.
